Why another Brendan Fraser site, you say?  Who needs another one - there are so many already out there!!  
Well, I guess I did.  So I built it, with the help of my friends   All those sites out there are very nice, and have a lot of information about Brendan Fraser.  But, we wanted one that had all of that and was fun to be part of, too.

 

First and foremost, this is not a "fan" site!.  I detest the word "fan"!  It derives from the word "fanatic" and implies that they lack balance.  In the words of the man himself, we prefer to think of ourselves as "patrons".  Brendan Fraser is a person who happens to have chosen the very public job of entertaining us.  It’s a job he does extremely well; and as a part of this job, he has brought to life characters we’ve come to know and love and identify with. We greatly appreciate all his hard work and admire him for his talent, his sense of humor, and his integrity.  We also admire his body - whoops, uh - the body of his work. Yep, all that talent and ability rolled up into one gorgeous package!  We think he's cute.  We'd like to thank him for those Mythic Gods pictures and ask for some more, please.  We don't think he'd have posed for those if he didn't want to be noticed and admired in a gold lame loincloth...

 

If you don’t have a sense of humor about your admiration for Brendan, then this is not the place for you!!  We will entertain all opinions, positive and negative about his work.  We're open to discussion about what you liked and why; and also what you didn't like and why.  We're happy to listen to you extol his handsomeness and complain about the dearth of really great parts in his filmography.  We'd kind of like to steer clear of speculation about the private part of his life - as a courtesy, but anything that hits the media is fair game. 

 

We don't ever expect to have a meaningful personal relationship with Mr. Fraser - but we sure enjoy what he's been willing to share with us and we want to see more!  (Lots more!)  So please join us for lively discussions and all the latest news we can dig up on the Blue-Eyed Cupcake and his current activities.  Find new friends who share your passion for seeing Brendan Fraser movies and who are interested in discussing their merits and drawbacks.  Keep your sense of humor fastened - it may be a bumpy ride!
